What is microphotography?

Microphotography is the photography by using microscopic lens or similar special device. A microphotograph is a photograph in which the object is extremely close to the lens of the camera.

This type of photography is used in various fields, which mainly include Medical Sciences (photographs of bacteria, viruses, cells, tissues, fungus etc.); Nature (Photographs of insects, flowers etc.).

One can take microphotograph on his SLR camera using Micro Lens or on his Digital camera using micro mode. You can enjoy Microphotography. Just try it by shooting flowers, plants, insect or its part.
